To be eligible for an exchange:
- Please contact us within 45 days of item being shipped.
- The bralette being returned must be in original condition with tags and labels attached and original packaging included.
How it's done (it is really easy, we promise):
- Simply visit our 'Returns & Exchanges' section on our website
- Describe your fit issue on our so we can get you the right size
- You will then be immediately emailed a return label (Canada) or further instructions for shipping from the USA.
- Note: We will cover shipping costs within Canada and most of the USA (For other counties please send us an email at email@example.com with your address and we will discuss additional steps.)
2. Returns (If you are not happy with your order and there is nothing we can do to make you stay)
- If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns, provided the item is unworn and in it's original condition and it is within 21 days from when your item(s) shipped.
- We will be so sad to see you go. Seriously.
