General Policies:

  • For hygienic reasons all underwear and bodysuits are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • All sale items and custom pieces are also final sale.

1. For All General Inquires (Questions, Curiosities or Potential Problems)

  • Shoot us an email at hi@rosaliewynne.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can with answers or additional steps. 
  • If there is any defect you find upon receiving your item please send us an email (hi@rosaliewynne.com) within 30 days of your item being shipped so we can address any issue or concern you have.
  • Or if you want to just talk, that's cool too. 

2. Exchanges (You love your bralette, but it is not quite the right size)

Here at Rosalie Wynne Intimates, we are committed to you finding the perfect sized bralette. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, we will gladly exchange it for a different size.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of item being shipped.
  • The bralette being returned must be in original condition with tags and labels attached and original packaging included.

How it's done (it is really easy, we promise):

  • Simply submit your order number, your email address, and discribe your fit issue so we can get you the right size!
  • We will then send you specific shipping instructions for your location 
  • We will cover shipping costs within Canada and the USA (For other counties please send us an email at fit@rosaliewynne.com with your address and we will cover part or all of the shipping cost based on your location.)

3. Refunds (You are not happy with your order and there is nothing we can do to make you stay)

  • If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns, provided the item is unworn and in it's original condition, and it is within 14 days from when you received your item.
  • So sad to see you go. You will always have a special place in our heart.
